My name is Sam Whitehead, and I am the Student Director at Medi-Futures UCF. I am a senior and am currently studying Biomedical Sciences and Psychology, both on the Neuroscience track. One thing that I love about Medi-Futures is how accessible the virtual shadowing presentations are for students with busy schedules!

My name is Sarah Loza, and I’m a Biomedical Sciences major on the pre-med track at the University of Central Florida. I currently serve as the Medi-Futures Outreach Director, where I help expand access to resources and opportunities within the pre-health community. I’m passionate about creating more inclusive pathways for students pursuing careers in healthcare, and in my spare time I enjoy working out and trying new meal prep ideas. I’m so excited to see all that UCF Medi-Futures accomplishes this year!

My name is Mariam Haider, and I am the Treasurer of Medi-Futures UCF. I’m a sophomore majoring in Health Sciences with a minor in Biomedical Sciences on the pre-med track. One thing I love about the program is the diversity of healthcare professionals students can engage and network with.
