Registration for Emerging Leaders in Healthcare will open August 1st, 2026.
Attendees are encouraged to register early, as space may be limited. Registration provides access to conference sessions, keynote presentations, networking opportunities, workshops, and the poster symposium.
Medi-Futures, the host of the conference, has a mission of providing accessible opportunities to students of any and all backgrounds and lived experiences to be successful in their pursuit of a career in healthcare.
In alignment with our mission, registration for all attendees is free.
Medi-Futures is excited to host the two-day Emerging Leaders in Healthcare Conference with no registration fee for attendees! Professional development opportunities like conferences, extracurriculars, and networking should be available to everyone, regardless of connections, income, and background.
Registration Includes
- Access to all conference sessions and workshops
- Admission to keynote presentations and panel discussions
- Networking opportunities with students and professionals
- Access to the poster symposium and exhibit hall
- Conference materials and resources
- Meals and refreshments during designated conference events

The conference welcomes:
- Pre-health students (including those in a gap year)
- Medical and health professional students
- Residents and trainees
- Graduate students
- Faculty and healthcare professionals

Because there is no registration fee for this conference, the onus is on you as a future conference attendee to follow through on your commitment to attend this conference. The Medi-Futures team has spent more than a year working toward creating a one-of-a-kind conference where attendees feel inspired, elevated, and prepared to continue on in their journey toward healthcare. Though there is no registration fee for attendees, coordinating and executing a conference is expensive. Thanks to donations, sponsorships, and fundraising efforts, we are able to ensure there are minimal financial barriers to conference attendance.
